Please note: These Terms of Service are provided as a good-faith effort to outline the terms of working with LG Collective. They are not a substitute for a formal signed service agreement. LG Collective recommends that all clients review and sign a service agreement prior to beginning any project. Please consult a qualified attorney for legal advice specific to your situation.

About LG Collective

LG Collective, LLC is a limited liability company owned and operated by Kita Gaither, based in Southaven, MS. We provide web design, Google Business Profile setup, monthly maintenance, and iPhone repair services.

Web Design and Google Business Services

By engaging LG Collective for web design or Google Business Profile services, you agree to the following:

A deposit may be required before work begins. Specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, and any assets required to complete the project.
LG Collective will deliver work as described in the agreed scope. Changes outside that scope may result in additional charges.
LG Collective does not provide search engine optimization (SEO) services and makes no guarantees regarding search rankings or website traffic.
Monthly maintenance plans may be cancelled with written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

iPhone Repair Services

By requesting a repair from LG's iPhone Repair, you agree to the following:

A quote will be provided before any work begins. Work will not proceed without your approval.
LG's iPhone Repair uses quality wholesale parts. A 90-day warranty is provided on all parts and labor.
The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship. It does not cover new physical damage, water damage, or damage caused after the repair.
LG's iPhone Repair is fully insured. However, you acknowledge that device repair carries inherent risk, and pre-existing damage or conditions may affect the outcome of a repair.
LG's iPhone Repair is not responsible for data loss. Clients are strongly encouraged to back up their device before any repair.
All repairs are by appointment only. Appointments are confirmed by LG Collective and are subject to availability.

Payment

Payment terms will be communicated prior to the start of any service. LG Collective reserves the right to require payment before delivering completed work.

Limitation of liability

LG Collective's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services. LG Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.

Changes to these terms

LG Collective reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
